1. Organization and quality system:
The position, responsibilities and work of the quality department in the factory;
Personnel (actual cognition and operation of QC personnel and key stations)
2. Incoming inspection:
Inspection conditions (environment, equipment, measurement / calibration, personnel)
Stacking and identification of articles to be inspected, qualified products and waste products
Implementation of incoming inspection (operation instruction: including sampling standard, AQL level, inspection method and judgment evidence, personnel operation ability, test records, judgment and release, etc.)
